Now he lives in Lausanne, Switzerland, in the South-West of the country, and his fortune is estimated at 500 billion kronor ($74.9 billion), writes Dagens Industri.
In second place is h&M owner Stefan Persson, who lives in the capital's suburb of Danderyd. He is considered the most serviceable taxpayer, and his fortune today is 175 billion kronor ($26.2 billion). Third place is taken by the head of Axel Johnson Group, Antonia Johnson, who owns 48 billion crowns ($7.2 billion).
The next four places went to the family of owners of the packaging company Tetra Laval: in the fourth line, its founder Hans Rausing with a fortune of 47 billion kronor ($7 billion), and the next three positions are occupied by his sons Finn, Jorn and Kirsten — all have 40 billion kronor ($5.9 billion).
Next to the Rausing clan in the list of Swedish billionaires is the youngest daughter of one of the heirs of the largest Danish shipping company AP Moller-Maersk, Ana Maersk McKinney Uggla with a fortune of 32 billion kronor ($4.8 billion). In ninth place — the daughter of the founder and one of the co-owners of H&M Lottie Tam. It owns 26 billion kronor ($3.9 billion). The last place in the top ten richest people in Sweden was taken by the Chairman and shareholder of a large investment company Melker Schorling AB Melker Schorling with 20 billion kronor ($3 billion).
In addition to them, the list includes football player Fredrik Yundberg, Skype founder Niklas Zennstr, as well as rune Andersson and Karl Bennett, whose wealth exceeds 5 billion kronor ($749.5 million).
Also on the list are the names of co-owner of Gunvor oil trader Thorbjorn Turnqvist with 10 billion kronor ($1.5 billion), investment banker Thomas Sandell with a fortune of 8 billion kronor ($1.2 billion) and real estate entrepreneur Anders Bodin with 6 billion kronor ($899 million).
