Every now and then we need to adjust our sleeping habits consciously so that we can improve the quality of the rest we're getting. Studies have found that if you can stop looking at screens for an hour or two before bed, can make it easier for you to fall asleep. At the very least use a blue light filter on your screen and lower the lights in your home so that your brain will produce melatonin (one of the hormones that help us sleep.) Strive to make your sleeping area as peaceful as possible.
